If something’s wrong

Email hello@savvyapps.uk. A person reads every message. We acknowledge each one within 30 days.

It helps to say what you were doing, which mark you were looking at if it’s about advice, and whether you were in the app on your phone or in a web browser. A screenshot is welcome. Please don’t send your sign-in link or code: we will never ask for them.

The same address handles anything about your data, including a data protection complaint, which we acknowledge within 30 days and handle as our privacy policy describes.

Deleting your account

In Sprat, open Account, go to Your data and tap Delete my account, then confirm. That deletes your account, your marks, your sessions and your photos straight away. There is no getting it back. Copies in our backups expire within 14 days, and never more than 30.

If you’d like a copy first, Download everything is on the same screen. If you can’t sign in, email hello@savvyapps.uk from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.

Our privacy policy says what we collect and why, and our terms of use are the agreement for using Sprat. Sprat is operated by Savvy Apps Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17406534), Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE.
